We're the longest established gym in Stamford, opening our doors back in June of 2013. We're an independent family run, friendly welcoming gym for all. 


We are the largest gym in the area, with a 14,000sqft facility. The most diverse and best equipped, with over 250 pieces of equipment including functional, cardiovascular, weights and strength machines.


We have some fantastic opening hours 05:30am-09:30pm during the week and 07:00am-08:00pm over the weekends.


We offer Day Passes, Week Passes, Month pay as you go, Monthly Standing order, 3 month, 6 month and annual deals. 


Gym Membership from £39 per/month  -  with no joining fees or contracts ever!


We cater for anyone and everyone looking to start or to improve upon their fitness journey.
