We have carried out a detailed and thorough review of the government guidelines.
.
We are pleased to inform you that we already have the majority of measures in place and this has been confirmed by our local environmental health agency.
.
Many of you have asked, will numbers be reduced and will there be a booking system when we re-open.
.
Our priority is always your safety.
.
The government guidelines provides details on maximum occupancy based on square footage. We are extremely fortunate that we have a very large gymnasium.
We will monitor real time the numbers in the gym, but based on historical data it is highly unlikely that we will have to restrict numbers.
.
In fact with a 14,000sqft facility, historically we have never been more than 60% capacity based on these guidelines.
.
In addition we will not be introducing a booking system, instead we will have other controls to give; a real time indication of numbers in the gym and if we hit the max capacity customers will have to wait for a 1 in 1 out. A collection of information for track and trace.
.
Our system will actually be safer than a booking system, which would cause big surges on the hour, restrict members to training times and length of training. Instead we will have a steady flow whilst meeting and complying with government guidelines.
.
All members must respect and adhere to the 1m+ social distancing rules.
